As you know, we were caught up in an endless loop of network/software breakdowns and failed fixes. When I finally decided to try another network administrator (after 7 years) I had spent thousands of dollars and many wasted hours only to end up back in the same place. I was just about to convert our software package to a different vendor at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars when I came across your website on Craigslist. You responded almost immediately and attacked the problem until it was resolved. This was nothing short of amazing considering the software vendor themselves were unable to troubleshoot their own software as well as you did. Within a matter of days it was obvious it would not be necessary to do the costly conversion. It was also obvious we had found a new network administrator and consultant. It did not stop there.
